Bravida Automation has grown to become one of the true market leaders in the Nordic automation market. We have established local presence in over 30 cities in the Nordics, and this is just the beginning of our development.

We have just finalized the first step in creating a dedicated organization for Large & Complex Automation by the recruitment of leadership. Next step is to recruit the best people that will add the ability for us to take on large scale and complex automation projects all over the Nordics together with our local teams and partners.

The organization will develop new efficient ways to work in digital environments to take on large and specialized infrastructure-, industrial- or building automation projects in different geographical areas with evolving technical offers over time.

The initiative will initially focus on Sweden but will shortly expand to the Nordic market with varying contract values ​​up to multi-million sums. The contracts are varied, complex, and often unique for the specific project.

We are looking for you who see your competencies, experiences and personality fit to work in this type of organization and want to create energy-efficient and sustainable properties together with us.

We will be recruiting to a wide range of roles incrementally as we grow and would like to invite you to tell us about your interest for the roles below for a potential employment.

We are looking for people with skills and experiences in the following areas:

Solution- and system architecture, responsible for construction and design of solutions
Bid management / calculation, responsible for translating solution design into bill of materials and activities and the bid process administration
Advanced commercial and technical project management, responsible to create and execute a project plan in a proactive mode, change- and risk management
Application engineering, responsible for programming the solution, and in some cases support in remote commissioning
Automation engineering, responsible for both programming and commissioning on site

In short, we are creating a dream team of automation specialists capable of delivering solutions in a carefully selected variety of systems. Geographical placement for the roles is determined upon candidate preferences.
